Can I order directly online?
Yes. Browse the product pages for prices, sizes, specifications and installation documents, then choose your products and place your order online. Check the selected options and quantities before checkout.
What should I include in a quote request?
Email your plans or photos to info@deckingproducts.com.au. Include your deck dimensions, the height available for the frame, the products and quantities you need if known, and your delivery suburb and postcode. Sending these details together helps us review the request with fewer follow-up questions.
How do I send plans or photos?
Attach them to an email to info@deckingproducts.com.au. If you have already submitted the enquiry form, use the same name and email address so we can match the attachments to your request. Attachments cannot be sent through this form.
How do I ask about an existing order?
Select “An existing order or delivery” in the enquiry form. Include your order number, the email address used at checkout and a clear description of your question.
